About
Through a trauma-informed lens, each massage will be tailored to each individual, depending on their specific needs and preferences.
Please note that I do not offer full-body relaxation massage. While the work is relaxing, I am best utilized to unwind chronic pain, release scar tissue, and reset overactive or dysregulated nervous systems.
Specializing in deep myofascial release and energy work, my modalities include myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, scar release, deep tissue massage, cupping, gua sha, and myriad energetic techniques used to bring harmony and balance to my clients.
As a forever student, I have been picking up countless tools for my healing practice over the years, including but not limited to: Training in Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, Chinese Medicine, Acupressure and Teishin techniques, Reiki master training (1997 and 2017), sound therapy with acu-tuning forks, and a years-long mentorship with Shayne Case.
In-between times, I have traveled to over 25 countries, taken care of remote properties and land, and have been on countless wilderness adventures. I have a BA in studio painting and graduated with over 800 hours of training in massage therapy at East West College of Healing Arts. In my free time, I will most likely be found spending time with my loved ones, making art and music, or adventuring through the wild forests of the PNW with my dogs, in search of tiny lakes and mighty waterfalls.
About the Space
The space is free of stairs and uses neighborhood parking. There are usually spots available right out in front. We have an ADA approved hydraulic lift table, with memory foam and a biomat infrared table-warmer that has crushed tourmaline and amethyst.
Location
I gratefully practice at this location, within the traditional and unceded territories of the the Clackamas Chinook, the Wasco-Wishram, the Willamette Tumwater, the Multnomah, and other Chinookan peoples, as well as the Tualatin Kalapuya, the Cayuse, the Molalla and other tribes and bands of the Columbia and Willamette Rivers. I am committed to a continuous process of learning, unlearning, amplifying the voices of Indigenous individuals and governance, and acting with accountability to the laws of the land and waters that have been set out by these nations.
